Warranty Types:

There are two types of steam generators to consider if you are concerned about the warranty. Many people buy a light commercial or commercial grade and rarely or never have a warranty problem. Others buy cheaper grade steamers that are really cheap to replace or fix. Both types usually cost the same in the long run. The benefit to buying a higher end one is the more harmonic noise and lower electricity costs and whatever bells and whistles they have, such as quick starts and built in drainers.

Almost all the companies honor their warranties but some do it sooner than others. Just Beware that some of the companies will not honor the warranty if it breaks down from normal wear and tear and its not a manufacturer's defect. I didn't ask what would be a reason they wouldn't honor the warranty on my first purchase and glad it wasn't an expensive one. I do some crazy stuff with mine. I use 5 gallon water gallons and allow gravity to create pressure and put essential oils, colloidal silver, and infuse my water to make the cluster size small with stickers I put over the generator. Also the EMF from the generator when the stickers are on the generator makes the water feel lighter.

Note: if you want a steam generator without warranty that I can sell for demo purposes only, I can buy many generators at a reduced price. The manufacturer will not register the warranty but it will be a new model. Many people who don't mind paying to fix it rather than paying more up front should like this. Either way, if it doesn't break or you buy a high end generator, this can save lots of money.

Note: some companies have in their fine print that they won't repair for free under their warranty if USING HARD WATER. With homes with hard water there are only a few brand that I recommend that have better cleaning systems that won't build up calcification like the ones that can't handle hard water.
